Exceptional solid walnut dining table by Sam Maloof, exemplifying his sculptural and highly engineered approach to form. The round top is finely carved with subtle inlaid detailing, supported by a dynamic “spider” base configuration beneath.

The top reveals Maloof’s signature craftsmanship: a circular mitered joint with an interlocking pattern, the underside is where  all structural members converge into a central hub. This spider-like construction not only provides strength but showcases the artistry of hand-shaped joinery—an important and highly desirable detail for collectors.
