Information that is directly connected to your name (i.e. e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number) is not shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates. Our system will automatically enlist you in our electronic newsletter and opt you in for periodic postal mailings. You may opt out of electronic mailings by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our emails, and opt out of postal mailings by making a formal request in the form of an email, phone call, or written letter to our offices (contact information below).
We have routine practices and policies enstated to protect any financial information you provide during the point of sale. When credit cards are accepted, we use a secure phone line and all data is encrypted upon direct entry into our system. Additional credit card charges or purchases will need to be approved and data resubmitted. Bank wires are commonly accepted and this data may be communicated via email or by phone. Bank wire data is temporarily stored for further approved charges such as shipping or additional purchases or for checking wire status.
We use reasonable measures to help prevent personal information from becoming disclosed to individuals who are not described in this policy. While we attempt to protect the information in our possession, no security system is unassailable and we cannot promise that information about you will remain secure in all circumstances.
